Where Do The Birds Sleep Now?

A new series of work by artist Hannah Barclay. The installation on display explores a personal notion of trauma, labouring over the delicate temperament of the ceramic medium to imitate a feeling of deep anxiety and pain. Barclay draws solace in the parallels between trauma of the body, mind and the land.

 THIS SPACE IN TIME

catalogue

Main room 8 July - 18 July 2020
Opening 6 - 8 pm Wednesday 8 July 2020
Thursday-Saturday, 1-6 pm

Dudek’s works are minimalist interventions designed to harness and enhance incidental moments. Her sculptures capture natural light’s liquid quality, its temperamental nature, the way it moves hesitatingly over surfaces.
