COMING UP FACTORY 49 IN STOCKHOLM 23-26 March 2017 > Catalogue

Factory 49 proudly announces its first participation in Supermarket International Art Fair, to be held in Stockholm, Sweden, 23-26 March 2017.

Supermarket is a showcase for non-profit and artist-run galleries and other initiatives. The goal is as much to provide professional networking experiences and opportunities for public interaction as it is to present the work of its artists. Supermarket aims to offer visitors “an exhibition with unexpected meetings and experiences rather than focusing on sales.”

The ten Factory 49 artists exhibiting at Supermarket have volunteered from a wider group of artists who have been involved and aligned with the management and operation of Factory 49 over the past year. 

They are: Pam Aitken, Amarie Bergman, Annelies Jahn, Ivana Jovanovic, Michelle Le Dain, Pamela Leung, Kate MacKay, Chris Packer, Anya Pesce and Lisa Sharp.

Current Management Committee members Anya Pesce and Lisa Sharp will be representing Factory 49 at Supermarket
